As we create handmade products with intricate Sospeso Trasparente Art, each item is unique, and we take great care in crafting and packaging them to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. 1. Return Eligibility
1.1. Due to the nature of our handmade products and the unique Sospeso Trasparente Art used in every piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged.
1.2. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival, or if the wrong product has been shipped.
1.3. If you receive a product that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue.
2. How to Return or Exchange a Product
2.1. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@italianindoart.com with the following information:
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
2.2. Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
2.3. For accepted returns, we will issue a replacement item, or if a replacement is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Refunds are only offered in cases where the product is defective or if an incorrect item has been shipped to you.
3.2. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3.3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that:
- Were customized or personalized.
- Have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
4.2. We also cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale or discounted items unless they are defective.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Orders can be canceled after purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
6.2. If you are returning an item, please ensure it is securely packed to prevent further damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Exchange Policy
7.1. We only offer exchanges if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like to exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
7.2. The exchange item will only be shipped after the defective or incorrect item is returned and received by us.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
8.1. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and provide a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
8.2. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge.
